Enrollment and Refunds
Once you have paid for the course , you will be emailed an enrollment form which needs to be signed by you. Once we get it, we will email or call you further on how we will get started on the dates you have booked for the course .
To test your knowledge, the instructor will quiz you weekly or biweekly. You need to make sure to take out little time and revise the theories or concepts after class.
If we don't receive signed enrollment form from you, then we will need to refund you back the money minus the 3% credit card fee we will be charged. Also, if you are not happy with the course at the end of one week, you can still get 75% back. Before end of two weeks, you can still get 50% back. Thereafter, you won't be able to get any refunds back.

We will notify you once we’ve received your concern, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
